Acceptance of terms

By using the Iron Doctrine application (the “app”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Iron Doctrine is a coaching platform for athletes and coaches — you run clients, or coach yourself in the Forge. The app provides tools for training plans, nutrition, supplementation, check-ins and progress tracking.

The app and its content are not medical care or health advice.

Your account

Sign-in uses a one-time link sent to your email; your identity is tied to that email address. You are responsible for the security of your email and account. One account belongs to one person.

Intellectual property and prohibited use

All content, training principles, methodologies, exercise sequences, program structures and materials offered by Iron Doctrine are the intellectual property of Iron Doctrine and its authors.

You may use the content solely for your own training — and, as a coach, to guide your own clients within the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish or otherwise exploit the principles, sequences, programs or methodologies offered by the irondoctrineapp application outside the platform — nor use them to build a competing product or service.

Your data

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice. Your training log and history belong to you; we never lock them behind a paywall.

Coaches and clients

A coach is responsible for the guidance they give their clients. Iron Doctrine is a tool, not the coach — the coach-client relationship is solely between them.

Coach-built protocols

The app lets a coach create and share with a client their own table (a “protocol”) — a blank grid whose columns and all content are defined solely by the coach.

Iron Doctrine supplies no content, substances, dosing or recommendations into a protocol, and bears no responsibility for its content or consequences. All protocol content is solely the responsibility of the coach who created it; the coach-client relationship is governed by the “Coaches and clients” section above.

Illegal use and coach responsibility

You may not use the app for any illegal activity, including offering, selling, distributing, prescribing or facilitating prohibited or controlled substances (for example doping agents or anabolic steroids). Iron Doctrine does not provide, endorse or tolerate such content.

The coach represents and warrants that they provide their services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and bears sole responsibility for the content, advice and guidance they give their clients. The coach shall indemnify Iron Doctrine against any claims, damages and costs arising from their conduct or the content they create on the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, and to act on reports of illegal content.

Health disclaimer

The app’s content is for educational and training purposes and does not replace professional medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any training or nutrition program. You train at your own risk; Iron Doctrine is not liable for injury or health consequences.

Subscriptions and payments

Where paid subscriptions are offered, they are billed via our payment provider. Prices, billing period, cancellation terms and any right of withdrawal will be presented to you at purchase.

Downgrading or ending a subscription never deletes your data — it only limits the scope of features.

Acceptable use

You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, abuse it, scrape data, reverse-engineer it, or resell access.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time; we delete your data on request.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Where applicable, EU consumer protections apply.
